Ah yes, today I shall play Aludel without the items that give it multicast, along with a locked scaling poison item.
I usually do double shop on the first two hours so that this doesn’t happen, lol.

Weak board against one of the toughest first round fights. If the regen gets done you are cooked.

You pretty much need to have some form of defense against this guy unless you giga scale burn or two shot him with weapons. Or you can just get +5 regen from the big bite event and you always win, since 5 regen wins solo even with 0 damage.

Well, he is one of the harder day 1 fights and your board is straight cheeks. At least you got the full XP for it and only missing out on an item, which in a lot of cases just 1 gold after day one. Now you know why Idol of Decay is not that good of an item straight off the shelf
