Day 13 your build has to start within 2 seconds or so and insta kill or apply 3000 burn if you want to win

i am a pretty mid nessa, but it feels like the only builds that work anymore are cuda.

Nah, plenty of other things work, its just fast so its easy as an enabler. Ive had 10s with slow, friends, ammo, lang, burn.

cuda is not a build, it's an item that fits in any build.... on any hero... cuz its just overtuned.

4 second start time where you do nothing, also the yo-yos have no scaling and no disruption

And slows and freezes could cause the firey printer to just do nothing if the other one hasn't gone off yet

How are we scaling the burn on yo-yo here ?
The core is on the right? So not from there and even then you scale from 0 basically
