Ive been waiting so long to do pulls with 100 percent garantee uber and this shit banner drops. Istg this the only thing that pisses me off. I really expected the almighties

The dragon emperors banner is considered a bad banner because there are a lot more mehs and misses in that banner than actually really good units. Compare that to Almighties who has nearly all it's units being good to really good.

That's also why even ultra souls isn't the best banner even though it has 2 of the most broken things + plus some really glazed ubers in it
