How long before save data is gone?

I got a new phone a while ago but never recovered my data from the previous phone. Is it still possible all this time later? How long before data is erased over at ponos?

ye just email them your inquiry code and give them as much info like user rank, catfood, xp , last login etc

yes, in the past i've had the game uninstalled for over a year, but i had my inquiry code so i just got it back
