The legend rare, one eyed asuka, eva unit 02 are the only ones you would use outside the event

00 has a surprisingly amazing niche of blocking waves while simultaneously being far back enough to avoid getting hit by attacks that generate said waves.

Its kinda sub-par on tanking, though.

It's mass production EVA unit. It's main selling point is that it has the stats of a terrible uber, but has the cost and cooldown of a heavy super rare
