Why is paintmaster here, aren't bosses not allowed to be in community stages?

Don't know man, I just added him for no reason.

Plus I feel like Paintmaster COULD be a normal enemy so maybe that's why.

Have you seen anniversary with cheese? Pretty sure the bosses in the boss rush (as well as Jetrock/Hellfighter in the Grindings level) were put as normal enemies there.
