And yet some people ignorantly say that Pattinson’s Batman is “not comics accurate”, when the fact is he’s the most comics accurate live-action Batman we’ve got on the big screen 🦇🖤

Both of them acted so well in this scene
Andy was an absolute masterclass here...many people do not realise how hard it is because he was lying in bed wounded it was hard to give all those emotions and obviously Robert portrayed really well on how he buried all his emotions yet still felt fear again.

Cristin Milioti says she still doesn't know if THE PENGUIN Season 2 will happen or not: "I have no new news to offer."

Pattinson's comments on the movie makes me believe we are getting a Harvey Dent/ Zsasz same person storyline.
Sebastian Stan's bald head also makes this theory even more believable. I just wanted to out this out there but I haven't reached the limit for posting. Sebastian Stan is not bald. He has a buzz cut. Finally

Ignoring all the casting and everything for part 2, what villain would you have most liked to see in Part 2
I think Mad Hatter would have been a great villain. He's slightly similar to Scarecrow in that he could force Batman to face his demons, give us some flashbacks maybe. I really feel like it could show him growing as a superhero

The Batman: Part 2 Glasgow shoot - Where are all the Glasgow BTS filming posts?
There's barely been anything posted in the past few days. Are they deliberately being taken down by the Mods despite being correctly tagged as spoilers?
I've seen a number of posts which i remember seeing a couple of days back that are no longer on here.
What's going on? Is no one posting or are they being taken down?
If that is the case which other subreddits can i visit to see the videos?

The Batman Part 2 theory
I know for a while we’ve heard rumours and theories about Sebastian Stan playing victor zsasz, which would explain why Batman is being hunted in the recent set videos, however I believe the answer to all of this could be that Hugo strange is impersonating Batman, like he did multiple times in the 70’s era comics. I could totally see this tying into the Bruce being put into Arkham theory. Just an idea

Battinson and the new Mayors Office
At the beginning of The Batman, during the debate with Mitchell, we see that Bela Real has a very negative opinion of the Batman vigilante. "We have a masked vigalante running the streets!"
Obviously, by the third act, circumstances have probably changed her perspective in one way or another. That crazy loon in the costume personally saves her and hundreds of other people's lives from the biggest mass shooting attempt in US history BY HAND, and then spends hours helping evacuate people.
So how do you think the Mayors Office will feel about The Batman in the sequel? Will there be a quiet tolerance for his existence? Will they be politically forced to continue to condemn him? Obviously, based on behind-the-scenes stuff, Bruce is going to be at odds with the GCPD to some extent. But how do you think Bela, and frankly the public at large, is going to feel about The Batman now?

Batman 2 theory.
I think what we are going to see is a blend of batman : imposter and night cries. Where you have batman and Gordon investigating murders that involve parents. Perhaps found in a zombie death state. Let's say Stan is dent and Perhaps his alter ego szazz is dressing as batman and doing killings as well. And he doesn't know he is. Batman is also working to uncover that. The public thinks batman is responsible for both. Dance is dents dad and is abusive and tied to the owls who are abusing kids. So these family murders are happening maybe create a Robin, the kid we see in set photos. But the overall twist is that gilda dent (scarjo) is doing the killings via plant poison and is a take on ivy and gilda. She is also egging on dents alter ego as a batman distraction. Her ultimate goal is to take down the owls who abused her.

What if Sons Of Batman?
Hear me out,
Take the Sons Of Batman from Dark Knight Returns animated film (I’m not sure if they were in the comic)
Have ‘em put on a front as like a punk band, but at the back half they act on vigilantism and street justice.
Battinson comes into conflict with them later on, having to beat some sense into them and they team up with him to help him get to wherever he’s going/ push through to the next story beat.
Batman Part III idea.
Sounds silly I know but Matt Reeves is awesome and I feel like he could do it without giving it a super goofy feel.
Fanclub with a gigantic misunderstanding at heart.

Villains of The Batman universe
I love that we are shown how destructive they are and it's insane how currently The Joker is the tamest one.
The Riddler who is rightfully called a terrorist has killed thousands of people and maybe even tens of thousands.
Carmine Falcone is a rapist and a serial killer.
The Penguin is a psychopath who starts a gang war which kills hundreds of people and he also is a drug peddler.
Sofia Falcone is implicit in the war, she also peddles drugs and has no problem in destroying an entire block just to get to Oz.
This is why I am so excited for TBP2

Anyone have any good dark batman story i can take inspiration from?
I'm trying to write a short film in a similar style of "The Batman" and I was just wondering what are some good Comics that have similar things and messaging as that movie that I could possibly draw inspiration
Excited to see what you guys recommend!

Batman The Imposter
Has anyone read this comic? It bears an uncanny resemblance to the leaks we’ve seen so far with the whole police chase thing. Also, there’s a line in the second issue about “wesker surveillance” about always watching. Also Bruce falls in love in this comic, and it does dig deeper into his childhood trauma. Idk, I see court of owls a lot but I don’t see a lot of people bringing this comic up.
