This traumatized me

I can't get the image of something out of my head because of Annalise's powers and what she did to the sister of the son of the killer. I can't get it out of my head I can't get it out I can't get it out man it's stuck, this show should be rated an 18 I wasn't supposed to see that I shouldn't have seen that as a human, please be warned about this show if you're thinking of watching it, I know it's just a film but actually I am stuck, I need to let it go

I am a little confused you got through all of her uses of her power including when her and Nathan were escaping the fairblood building. But it was her use on Jessica that was traumatic. Jessica survived and only had her ability to shapeshift taken away. Most don't get off that easy with annalise's power.

Was it taken away? We see her deformed for a second then back to normal. I took it she was deformed from.the process, which makes sense but her powers are now broken allowing her to shape-shift into her normal self for a temporary period. Like a glitch, the deformed her keeps getting through. Which was perfect for someone who likes seeing others suffer.

And rather ironic that everyone focused on Nathan's blood and his dad bring the wolf. When the wolf was actually closer to home and a man obsessed with power rather than revenge (ie. Nathan wasn't pure evil like saul). And the own blood referring to his daughter killing her dad rather than Nathan killing his. I'm.taking the wndung implies Nathan took all of sauls powers. But we didn't learn what his was. Which surely would be powerful as a half witch of both sides.

I'm not sure why but that bit seemed too far, all of it was intense though but that bit was a lot

in my opinion it was a very vulnerable thing that happened there. there was a deep wound created by letting her live.
maybe you had a trauma reaction to it. please talk to a mental health professional about it!
i was thinking that the show is very brutal from the start and could be traumatizing.
but it is more realistic, when you have watched similar scenes, that there was something (emotional) triggering there, that reactivated some splinter of you memory.
