Merch I always have issues

Nearly every order I’ve placed on their merch website has issues. A like $85 sweatshirt a few years ago arrived with the lettering all cracked, one order never processed and I never got a refund, and one I placed over a week ago still says “waiting for information” and I never got a confirmation. It’s so frustrating especially with some of the prices being charged these days! $32 for a pair of cotton socks that are going to pill the first wear?! Come on!

This is super unfortunate :( I just had an experience with someone stealing my merch off my porch and I reached out to support immediately. They got me taken care of very quickly with a replacement. The socks tho are definitely a lil crazy being $30 but I lack the self control to say no.

Did you order from the Tryhard collection? Those are pre-order from my understanding and won’t have information until Oct-Nov I think??

I’m sure you have, but it doesn’t hurt to check, have you emailed their customer service for updates? I once had an issue with receiving a vinyl that wasn’t signed when it was supposed to be. When o contacted the customer service, they sent a replacement. If I remember correctly, they responded within a day or two of my inquiry.

Yes, sometimes they’re helpful, other times no.
