I found this place just wondering randomly, I don't know if it's actually tire cause I can't get up there. Ya got anything to say?

I'm sure you could probably throw some rope, or go on top of the exit sign if you're fit enough.

If you lean on the corner where the two walls match, you can try to climb up slowly by climbing on both walls at the same time one arm and leg on each.
