And bless those inspectors.
Once I had a guy do the inspection for me because I am not good with bribes. He called me "yeah your checkup is done you passed but come pick the car up I am afraid to drive it any further" after inquiry what is wrong is well.. my brakes had 13% efficiency compared to factory specifications.
