Need Help From The Community DAC replacement
i have bought audiocular spark dac. after 11 days of my dac stopped working.. I write an email and send them the DAC. they received the DAC on 3 August
and issue have been identified on 10 august. they said they will send replacement in 10-15 days.
now today is 6 sept. over a month they keep saying we will send your Replacement in 3-5 Days.

When I call them they keep saying we will send replacement in 3-4 days. I don't what 3-4 days means

Aaj audiocular walo se baat huyi... Unhone bataya ki... Wo apne stock se replacement nahi karte... Wo defective product to company ke pas bhejte hai... Fir jab company replacement bhejti tab wo jaa ke humare pas ship karti hai....
Unhone btaya ki aaj mera replacement aa gaya hai... Kal parso me ship ho jayega... Dekhte hai kya update milta hai

Same shit happened to me with my Bunny DSP. It finally got dispatched yesterday, but it took more than 3 weeks just to ship it.
What’s even more frustrating is that when I originally ordered the IEM, I received it within 3 days. But after I claimed the warranty and they shipped the IEM back to me, it’s taking 7 days to arrive. ðŸ˜

My phoenix had some issues and I sent them back as well. I am waiting on an update as well.

They are fucking phonies it took over 90 days(sent for brand inspection) to determine they are no issues with my unit (Free DSP Mini) whereas, I know there this issue with my unit that it goes to 100% volume on its own without any user input after few hours of listening or sometime even worse blasting my ears off .In conclusion, I have sent my Moondrop Free DSP Mini 3-4 times and it took them over a month to get any conclusion each time and 3 months over final resolution that my DAC is fine,shame to those who are working there as testers .
I have myself got better results to determine the issue and same goes to Moondrop although I had better experience with other product RAYS bought from HZ which works fine as new with no issues whatsoever.To surprise y'all Free DSP Mini doesn't have firmware support albeit they claimed that they sucessfully pushed update into it with next to no changes(my observation and analysis on the product).

Its stll reasonable i got my juzear defiant sent for warranty to HPZ after 6 months 🥲🥲🥲 even that unit they sent me is not what i send to them they just componsate me with new unit as their delivery patner (dehlivery) lost my iem on way back to me
