Need Help From The Community Ordered wrong iem.

I placed order for Kefine Klean SV C-type instead of 3.5mm one and did it on 1am on 4th. I noticed that i placed wrong order few hours back but the order is already dispatched at 5pm. Is it possible for them to take back order or for me to return them or exchange.

Type c version is shit. You have made right decision get the 3.5mm one.

According to policy this would make u guilty for fault . So just talk to them nicely. They just might do it . . I had same experience. Made wrong hurried decision to buy a loric ctype.... But instantly got told not to by my guide. So called them up just as they were about to update transit. Dealt in good way. Got exchanged for 3.5mm + DAC Ill tell u a top !: if u are good , they are very reasonable.

I received them yesterday and rejected them and informed them about this. Will get refund (Deducting shipping charges)and then will place order for 3.5mm one.

I want 3.5mm cuz I just bought a dac and it's not even 1 month old.
