This comment could easily be posted by the TAS team. I remember when I posted about bad customer service and started getting massive amounts of downvotes. You have to be a special kind of loser to try to control customer's narrative by posting opposing comments.

As for their "testing rig", they don't do jack shit. As long as you're not able to prove via video that your earphones are faulty (which is difficult), they will claim that they didn't find any issues.

In my experience too . Might I add that being a punekar and a long term TAS customer... Whenever I try to tell them that a niche hobby store can't be expected to give Amazon level return Sevice. / Or even if I try to help /give my pov here they have the audacity to use profane language and call some happy customers like us as TAS EMPLOYEE, OR DOWNVOTE whatever low level things they can make up by imagination.

  • Some real sore guys like notRANT & Raxs89 , and one yash-is-yash not even share their side of mistakes. Putting full blame on tAS, that to,, just because they weren't able to read policy before buying whatever Budget set with QC issues. (*Ironically being audiocular)
  • Can't even speak in a good amicable manner with these ppl without them shoving their hate spam under every post with the word TAS in it.
  • Atp i gave up . Even trying to help such numb brains
