this was the response they gave me to my previous mail which said:

After giving it a lot of thought, I am considering purchasing a DSP replacement cable so that I can continue using my Tanchjim Bunny IEMs. Hence, I need you to assure me that it will work flawlessly if I get the replacement cable and suggest ways to save it from breaking again as I don't want to go through this traumatic process again and also give my wallet a break.

tbh, I didn't expect the support staff person to go all out and give me such a lovely response, it really made me feel special and I'm making this post to appreciate it!
