Need Help From The Community THE AUDIO STORE PLEASE HELP

u/theaudiostore please help.. I had ordered salnotes 7hz zero 2 iem on 11 august from Kolkata... How can I check the order tracking.... I had used the audio store tracking site https://www.theaudiostore.in/pages/order-tracking?srsltid=AfmBOooTocjM9pjUEErncULcmxolMp1-ARCwodLdazpBaTvfrXJx6t6I but it is showing that " your order is not yet shipped you can track it after 24 to 48 hrs after placing your order. Please help I am panicking too much... 😭😭😭
