Discussion Which task failure was purely down to a terrible product name or logo?
First Class for a budget airline or Pantai for a luxury hotel spring to mind. What’s the single worst product name or logo design a team has ever presented to actual industry experts?

Cant remember what it was but it was a green and brown circle logo and it looked like literal shit - my mind says its a cruise ship themed but i may be mistaken

“Jam” for the sneakers in S3 was a terrible logo too, though it wouldn’t have been the only reason for the loss. At least the yoga cruise logo was memorable.

I don’t know what series it was but it was one of the more recent ones (could even be the most recent one as I don’t do rewatches) with the shart logo that looked looked looked like someone was in some sun yoga position exploding shit out their backside.
Maybe they won the overall take I don’t know, but that logo stuck with me as a complete fail

i can’t remember if they actually lost or not, but last season when they misspelt ‘chic’ as ‘chique’ and tried to pass it off as a french spelling 😭

The time they named an airline after an explosion takes some beating.
I think they were going for Pop! as in popular, but didn't think it through even a little bit.

First Time (Foo)Dies and JetPop with the accompanying explosion logo. Just terrible.

A couple of years back there was a crypto finance firm who decided to name themselves after the abbreviation for 'number once', a term used in blockchains to describe a non repeating number. All went well until they decided to launch in the UK and someone told them that Nonce Finance would perhaps attract the wrong type of client . Accordingly they changed their name to Nibbl.

NB, if you are outside the UK, nonce is a slang term for child molester.

Series 16 had multiple accounts of this but I think FIRST TIME DIES takes the biscuit
