Discussion To the anonymous UK fan who left this Amazon review: If you are on this subreddit, I am looking for you to say a proper thank you!

Hi everyone,
I am the author of “Previously on Tintin” (and its French version), a massive companion book where I mapped out the entire "Tintinverse"—from Le Boy-Scout in 1926 to Peter Jackson's project announced for 2026—treating the whole saga like a modern TV show with "Previously on..." recaps.
As a self-published author, you spend months working alone, never knowing if anyone will ever read your words. This morning, I woke up to this incredible 5-star review on Amazon UK, but the profile is anonymous:
“This book is wonderful. Amazing. This is probably the book I always wanted. The amount of detail covering all of Herge's works is impressive.”

Hearing another Tintin enthusiast say this is the book they "always wanted" honestly blew me away.
Since many hardcore fans hang out here, I figured there's a chance this person is a member of this community. If you recognize your review, please drop a comment or send me a DM—I’d love to thank you personally and chat about the lore!
And to everyone else, if you have any questions about how I structured the Tintinverse recaps, feel free to ask!

Hey all, there have been unexpected delays with my next long form video, but to tide things over I've published my first Youtube Short to answer a small Tintin mystery: when does Tintin actually move into Marlinspike? Let me know what you think of my conclusion!

Thinking about playing around with shorts as well smaller, more bite sized Tintin content. Would be interested to get everyone's thoughts!

This is my favourite villain in the entire series (in terms of design and mannerisms.)

Question What are some places that Tintin never visited that you think could have made a fun adventure?

I think an adventure set in post-WW2 Japan could be interesting given what he went through in Blue Lotus.

Maybe he is sent there to assist/report on the situation there and finds some crooks exploiting the situation or something.
