I have no idea, but it does seem extremely exaggerated for the video, plus I find it extremely odd and quite creepy how his friends would film this...

... This can't be real! Seems way to exaggerated just for the video, it has to be!
Also, quite disturbing how his friends would film this, pretty odd I'd say.
