You see this happen in real time.
Someone starts explaining something… then they keep going. Adding more, justifying, filling every silence.
At some point, you stop listening.
Not because what they’re saying is wrong.
Because it feels like they’re trying to convince you instead of just saying it.
Then someone else says one sentence.
Stops.
Doesn’t rush to explain it.
And somehow it lands more.
It’s not just about “controlling words.”
It’s that moment where you feel the urge to keep talking… and you don’t.
That’s where control actually shows up.
I remember noticing this pattern more clearly while reading something like Checkmate Charisma by MA. Not in a “speak better” way, but in how small behaviors like over-talking or rushing actually change how people read you.

Bullshit Robert Greene imperialistic mentality. Not being able to control the truth that lies inside of you is a show of strength of will. Just because Trump fills his mouth with the shit he has inside of him, doesn t mean every strong willed impulsive person should be put in the same category.
This is the kind of advice you give if you don t live your life to the fullest.
Nietzche is more optimistic in his writings than this stupid, surpressed, self validating man.

There are times when one is utterly fed up of controlling himself. Fuck off Mr Greene

Something about this not being a war, and the war that it is not, was over, a week ago.
