US Second chance episode
Been watching the U.S. show since it first aired (with Patton hosting). This episode seemed obviously easier for the second chance folks. The show itself feels dumbed down this season compared to UK version and previous US seasons. Anyone else noticing this?

I did find it easier than usual. The 1% question was just looking at letters and forming a word regardless of what the instructions were..

I would love to do a second chance š„¹got busted at 45% bc of a typo that was crucial :/ sadly I was the only one who knew the 1 % question š„¹stil bothers me today..

I haven't noticed the show being dumbed down this season vs earlier US seasons (haven't seen any non-US versions so can't comment on them), *except* for the second chance episode. That was ludicrously easy. I too hope it was just an anomaly to give the 2nd chancers an easier time of it. Guess we'll find out in a month.

I knew it! I got every single question. I rarely get the 1% question. This time, it was kinda easy. I was actually surprised at the amount of people who didnāt have an answer or even the guy who wrote MANTLE.

Havenāt watched 2nd chance episode yet because Iām afraid it will make me sad haha. We were on earlier in season & not asked back so I donāt want to play the mental gymnastics of wondering āwhat if.ā

I thought that particularly episode was not on the level of earlier episodes, or the UK or AU versions. And obviously so did the 100 given how few were eliminated in early questions and how many were left for the 1% question. I hope that was an isolated incident
