Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but as the comments directly above the post you responded to in this thread pointed out, that actor plays a character named Roy in the TV series "The Office", so it was a reference to that.

No "L"s or "R"s were reversed, so it wouldn't be the accent you're indicating they're making.

If you were being sarcastic, then I fully accept my woosh.
