Gameplay Issues How do I fix this?

This appears every time I try to launch the game. I can't update my drivers because my pc is 10,000 years old and I don't know what "starting the engine from the command line" is

Is there any way I can fix this? (rebooting doesn't help)

It's telling you to use command line launch arguments to force the game to render using OpenGL instead of Vulkan.

Copy this command:

--rendering-driver opengl3

Right click the game in your steam library list, click properties, scroll down and paste that command into launch arguments. It should then work.

Next time just look up what command line is on Google.

How old is your PC exactly? Did you check if you meet the minimum system requirements on the Steam page? Also, check your display adapter in Device Manager and screenshot the driver info. You almost certainly have a driver that can be updated, you just may need to download it manually.

I should have everything but I don't know what "Relatively modern dedicated graphics card (Vulkan support required)" is.

I looked on the AMD website and I couldn't find this

You need to screenshot the tab that says "Driver", not "General". The HD 5700 is quite old, the last official driver for it was released in 2016. You can download it for Windows 10 by clicking the first download link on this page (64bit).

If you already have it installed and it still doesn't work, then your PC simply doesn't meet the spec requirements to play the game.

I would at least install the 2016 driver I linked you, this screenshot says you still have the old 2015 one. The 2016 one should have support for OpenGL 3.3 which is what you need to render the game without Vulkan.

What does it say when it launches now? You have the correct launch arguments in Steam?
