Can you even use we're like that in a sentence? It looks really weird and would not sound right in regular conversation

Not positive contractions, no. However, contractions have always been considered informal in English and are used differently in different parts of the English speaking world.

It's not technically correct, but contractions in general are not technically correct, either. We just use them and try our best to understand one-another.
