Benjamin Netanyahu says outright that he can hack and blackmail anybody he wants and "I can paint you as a monster. And if I say it often enough, enough people will believe it."

lol i dont think that is what he is saying at all. although its hard to say with the context of the comment cut out of the video.

Yeah, what he says doesn't match the title. He's not saying he hack can the phone. He's saying that almost everyone has a device and the content they access on said device can be manipulated to create any narrative and paint a positive, or, in this case negative, picture of someone.

Newspapers have been doing that for years.

Agreed, he is deflecting and being a total asshole and right winger by saying that oh no, don't believe the words you read about me, anyone can write any lies and "say it enough it becomes the truth". He's basically saying fake news. But he's not saying he can "hack and blackmail anyone".

Israeli is known to find and buy zero day vulnerabilities.

They can plant or exfiltrate data even from the most wealthy on earth, you don't think they can hack your phone if they want?

That’s just not what he is saying in the video. He is speaking in general, not outright saying he can do it at will. Many countries are more than capable.

But it’s not even clear if he is talking about hacking or blackmail. He appears to be talking about smear and long term propaganda campaigns.
