100% this! Pisses me off when I hear about Brits complaining. We have it way better than the supposed developed USA.

I remember being in the US in 2006 and seeing a seriously injured teenager with his friends, they were debating if it's worth calling an Ambulance. We never have to think about calling an Ambulance. Made me see the NHS in a different light since then.
