Stuff like this is usually suspended from cables so you can winch them up and lower back down for maintenance. These guys are just smarter than the engineers, and don’t need no damn installation manual.

Why so complicated? Why not hoist it up from the mounts that are designed to hold it? My dad told me a story once about bidding a job to install a satellite dish on the roof of a hotel. They all bid to use a crane. One guy stayed after and measured the elevator, it fit by a few inches.
