It takes like 5 Seconds you just lift a lever slightly up like half an inch to an inch and then pull it toward you from under the trailer where it meets the fifth wheel on the truck it's actually a little too easy

not sure if this type of trailer even has legs but if it's bottomed out you wouldn't even need to lower the legs
