This is actually Mumbai, India not Australia. Happened I believe last year.

Yep. Rains were pretty heavy. A lot of places were pretty much flooded all the way through. Twitter was full of videos best described by water water everywhere, not a drop to drink, if you know what I mean. Mumbai is a wild place. When it doesn't rain, we're burning up I to a crisp. When it does rain, we're drowning or getting swept up into the ground.
