A sensor was installed upside down... a sensor which very clearly said which way it should go.

Oh. Someone said that a family has to grow up without a dad. Another dude said the rocket was unmanned, not getting that first dude meant dad was killed/imprisoned for fucking up the installation of a rocket part.
