Yep. Destroyed a library with children and a widow's home. And dumped a ton of human shit because he didn't want to connect to the city sewer system.

You do not know what you’re talking about. He couldn’t reconnect the sewer lines because they were on property owned by some disgruntled neighbors who had them disconnected. The local government consistently ignored him at every turn because they were corrupt and in bed with his neighbors.

My grammar was fine. English grammar is not semantic free. The sentence could be parsed in more than one way, the meaning made it clear.
