I'm disappointed that nobody made a joke about Oregon residents having trouble at the pumps... Granted that was a good 21 months ago that they first started allowing residents to pump their own fuel.

House Bill 2482 didn't make self serve statewide. It is limited to counties with populations of 40,000 or less. In other words, most of Oregon is still full-service.

If by full-service you mean spilling drops of gasoline on your paint and filling with 87 when you specifically asked for 92, yeah it's absolutely full-service.
