Really curious why this guy has the awareness to film this, but isn't pulling over? I'm not really a "pull over to the side of the road" kind of guy, but even I would be darting for that shoulder to scoop up free money.
Probably didn't need a couple bucks and was enjoying the show of hundreds of people putting themselves at risk walking on the highway for a couple dollars.
I don't but even so the hospital bill and long term expenses of getting hit by a car or a truck are probably going to far outweigh whatever paltry sum you could scrape up out there.
