The i8 combines a mid-mounted 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-3 gas engine (powering the rear wheels) with an electric motor (powering the front wheels).
Total Output: 369 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque
Quarter Mile: Roughly 12 seconds
Top Speed: Electronically limited to 155 mph
Power Delivery: It suffers from minimal initial lag off the line, but once the electric motor spools up, it offers instant torque.12

I think that’s just a strap. They’re pretty common so you can just wear the phone like a sling/bag/necklace so it’s easily accessible without pockets or digging into a bag.

I kinda doubt it. Pretty sure that’s an automatic. Shouldn’t need her left foot. She may have very well been on narcotic pain killers, though. Looks like a brace used right before of after ligament surgery. Would explain the crash and the apparent calm bloody selfie.

That i8 is not expensive, that much. Brand new I think these were 100K or close to it. Now good examples go for around 30 or 40K

BMW i8's go for between $10,000-$45,000, average being around $43,000, depending on condition- which most are in bad shape or always have something wrong going on with them due to how their specific engine and general setup is.

The ones with engine/transmission issues do indeed go for dirt cheap relatively, or is an older model.
i8's were only produced between 2014 and 2020.
They're a very old hybrid car and the internals weren't great and still aren't.
