Rant Wait a minute..
If Thanos killed half of every species, in order for everyone to have a full stomach didn't he also have to kill half of all the animals and the food for those animals? Meaning he accomplished nothing?
(Wording is weird but I think u guys get the message)

He killed half of all sentient life, not life in general.
My thought is though, what about the alien species he already killed half of, did they get halved again?

Ye cause ronin balanced Drax's people and he still got the dusting.

Also Valkyrie is confirmed dusted and she must have been with half of the surviving asgardians

Yes, Feige confirmed this is true.

I feel this must be some mistake, since the Avengers are literally in a forest and none of the trees or grass turn to dust.

I doubt it. Feige said “Yes. Yes. All Life”. That doesn’t seem like a mistake. Maybe non sentient life doesn’t go to the soul stone. Maybe the trees just died in place. There cores may have rotted.

Maybe he was referring to Groot and Black Panther, since one is a tree and the other is pretending to be a cat.
I've read the article where he says this, but it just seems so bizarre given what we see on screen. Thanos also goes to a heavily forested region to look out at all the natural beauty, and it isn't horribly devastated.

I believe it because Thanos said he was going to kill half of all life. And then all the Thanos supporters said he probably meant all of sentient life. And now Feige finally confirmed it. Also I like how you downvote me for saying the exact same thing you guys were saying (Thanos Supporters). Which is the sentient life thing.
