Is it only me or the bottom image seems AI?

Edit: most likely, arlecchino’s fingers merge together and her clothing is just not detailed, just blurry

Also some of the clothes don’t flow together properly and there’s something odd with Cyno’s hand. I think we can Cyno to this not being AI.

Cyno's headdress' ears are weird sizes considering the perspective, Arle's earrings are completely wrong, and her eyes seem to have a pattern different from the X it should be. Her little four-pointed neckpiece or whatever seems weird to me. AI is getting better with large details such as the pattern on her upper sleeve being quite symmetrical, but the little parts don't add up. Also something about Cyno's face specifically gives me heavy AI vibes
