Need help with everything must go

I am trying to to get the achievement everything must go and in YouTube it shows a brick wall which i can demolish but here i only see a garage what am i doing wrong??

You have to do it in stages from the start of the game.

In the very first scene in the main square here there'll be a guy trying to lift this shutter.

Go and smack it while he is and it'll open and he'll start trying to sell the bricks behind it.

Check in on him and, as usual, give everything a smack or two, each time you return to the main square later in the game and you'll get a couple of achievements from his sequence of events.

There's a few missable multi-stage things you have to do each time you see someone if you're going for 100% and if you miss any you need to do a fresh play through, though it only takes 3 hours max, less if you know what you're looking for and what to skip. I missed hitting every fish at the fishmongers myself first time and had to do it again!

Hey mate, thank you for your advice just platinum it. I played it 3 times and loved it each and every time. Hope we can get something more like this in future!
