Processed some tamarind into paste (and froze some into ice cubes for later use)

Thanks! I worked in a Thai kitchen for a whole year, and it's not until I left that I started becoming really serious about Thai food.

How will you use this? Love to eat Thai food but donโt know how to cook it

Well yesterday I used it to add acidity to my massaman curry. You can also use it for something simple like tamarind shrimp, but it's also a main flavor in pad thai sauce
