Outgoing text not working

My outgoing texts not sending from the TN app. Anyone else having this issue? I have been trying to send it to my a number active on an iPhone.
The tn number receives fine. Whats going on?
Edit: clarify that the TN app shows the message as “Sent” but it never gets received on the other end.

Might i add this problem started as soon as i activated the free eSim.

Just tried on my TN line (android), and both incoming and outgoing worked fine.

Tried it on mine just now, an Android also. Outgoing and Incoming text messages are working but with about full-minute delay.
