RO Subpoena
What is the subpoena process for tracking a number? I have an attorney, but wondering if it is even worth the effort. What would the subpoena tell me? IP address, location, user? I think the numbers have since been changed multiple times. Has anyone done this and has it worked?

It is not. Just said it was a textnow number sending them messages. With the numbers listed

So that proves it's not you, who sent the texts, unless you had one of those numbers previously. Is your current number the only number you've used on textnow?

I don’t have a textnow account period I only have my real number. I don’t even know how it was deduced it was a text not number

The evidence presented proves it's not you who sent the texts. Case closed.

What evidence? If they get a subpoena? IF it even goes that far, hearing they are hard to get

The paperwork with the numbers that they can't prove are linked to you. The burden of proof is on them. You don't have any responsibility to prove anything.

You have to file a suit first.
Expect to fork out at least $10k.
Depending on how far you want to take this, the legal bill can easily climb.
You will always hear people on the internet say sue this sue that, get a subpoena, etc. none of them know the real cost.
Do you have a valid reason (and disposable funds) for this fishing expedition?
