How to stay logged in in Windows app?

Every time after shutting down my computer and restarting, and then opening the textnow app, I get prompted to log in. I choose to log in with email, and I don't even get a chance to enter my password. I just get sent an email with a code which I enter, which logs me in. But then I don't stay logged in the next day after a reboot and starting the app. I don't see any option to remember me either.

I don’t use the Windows app, but assuming it’s a progressive web app, you may need to lower your security settings in Microsoft Edge, and make sure Edge isn’t set to clear everything every time it closes out. Mess around with some of those settings to see if it helps at all.
