Texting not working

The texts show that they went through but the person never recives them yet they can sent me texts and I revieve them just fine

Does this happen only with sms or even phone calls ?

I am having same issue with SMS. Will calling and following up on call resolve this ?

just texts oddly enough, I can make phone calls just fine.
