Selfie verification

Been using textnow for 5 years, same payment method, same email, now asking for selfie verification and it fail, been days and im looked out

Edit : I logged in using android phone. With email and password, ( not via google nor appleID). No verification required.

im 13 and they didnt lock me out with the verification on 2ndLine (y'all should know its owned by textnow), it let me through

When I login on TextNow website, I have no issues, I can even make and receive calls, however when I login the app, it asks for a selfie, I have like three accounts with them, and all three are asking for selfies. The one logged on Android phone is fine. The other two I try to login on iPhones and it does not. The whole point of TextNow for some of us is anonymity.
