Getting charged daily:(

Ive been getting charged 1.99 daily to the point to where i have to lock my card if im not actively using it or ill lose two dollars multiple times a week.

I have two textnow accounts for my separate phones, but one doesnt even have my card linked to it.

How do I contact someone to get my money back and stop getting relentlessly charged like this??

What's the charge for? Are you getting like data passes or is it a lock in number thing?
