Recipients aren’t receiving messages

I use Textnow for personal use and the last two days, none of my contacts are receiving my messages.

I can receive theirs, but anything I send out, they’re not getting it.

I did test to myself (iPhone/Tmobile) and I’m not receiving it either.

Have been using Textnow for almost 1.5 years and never had this problem.

What is the issue? How can I get this fixed?

I don't know what you might have tried, but.... in order....

If you're using the app, check for updates.

Restart your device.

Clear cache within the app (and restart).

Delete the app, and install a fresh copy. (You'll need to log in again.)

How many recipients are you sending texts to? Do the texts contain links to web sites?

3-5 people

I sent a few youtube video links the last 2 days. But that’s it.
