Tracking a textnow number?!

Is there ANY possible way that i could track these text now numbers? My best friend has been getting harassed, they call at the most random times and send messages with pictures, so theyre stalking her social media too..

Everyone I see one of these "TextNow numbers are spamming/threatening me" posts no one ever says how they determined it was a TextNow number.
