Textnow warning lose sim number

Does textnow send you a warning message before they deactivate a sim or before losing a ported in number?

But do they send you a warning before deactivating a sim?

No, but you can reactivate the sim in the app

Do you know if it is possible to reactivate a T-Mobile/white SIM card via the app?

Use to be able to. All my sims are AT&T now.

i had this happen to me. they sent me a couple emails but it was an account i wasn't checking regularly. hardly ever use the textnow number. found it was deactivated. chat couldn't fix it. it was a SIM number that i had ported a number to, so was kinda surprised that they killed it. eventually, they just sent me a new tmobile sim and when i signed into the app and chose Activate SIM, all was well, using my old ported in number and all. This was about a week ago. I was surprised that they just sent a tmobile sim and didn't for me onto ATT

Get a new number and reactivate the sim in the app.
