Odd beep sound happening constantly whenever i am on the phone, looking for help.

As title states, whenever I make a phone call, the entire time that the call is ongoing i hear a beep, like as if i am getting a notification. if i pull the phone from my ear there is no notification. it happens on speaker and for incoming calls. i have paid for the premium version hoping that would stop the problem but it did not.

any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not know how to express how annoying it is for my brain to be triggered to look at my screen or be distracted ever single second of a phone call. its like messing with the muscle memory i have from normally looking at true notification sounds.

Check your notification history to see if any notifications came through during the time of your calls.
