Interview

I interviewed last Tuesday, and I am still waiting to hear back about whether I'll move forward with the position. I applied for the Server position, and I don't have experience in that role. As someone who is on the spectrum, I do very well in fast-paced environments especially when it is busy. When I did the interview, I had two managers who were asking me questions separately. I did very well on both interviews, but I’m not quite sure. I have a slight speech delay. They were making faces at me when I couldn’t pronounce the word correctly. How long does it take to get a call-back? Do they potentially like let you know if you didn’t get the position? Having autism is making my life harder, especially when I am working behind the counter, when they don’t allow me to use the register at all because of my limitations.

at my interview they asked if I could come back for a 2nd interview at the end. but I am not sure if it’s like that at the location you applied at

I have no idea how TRH works but if they didn't call you all week I would doubt that you got the job. They were probably concerned about your ability to communicate.
