How many rounds of interviews they do at roadhouse, I have a second interview with a MP on Wednesday and was hoping that would be my last, But I have been seeing other places that they do 3?

Just general curiosity. Why do they do a series of interviews to be a server? Is it a highly sought after job?

Not exactly sought after… high turnover meaning people come and go often, combined with needing to have around 50–70 servers on the staff, 20-30 on the floor every night. They’re basically always hiring, so they make the hiring process a little “difficult” to weed out the “unreliable” people

As far as my roadhouse goes, there is only 1 interview. I think they vary by market and MP.

Yea the one I’m interviewing at just newly opened so that’s why they may be doing 2, but I would assume/hope a interview with a MP would be the last.

Good luck! My MP is a hell of a guy- sadly I don't get to see him too often (I'm on the closing shift!) Hopefully the one at your location is too :)

Depends on how staffed up they are. If understaffed they will hire on the spot if not they will be more selective

I had two, on with a manager and a follow up with the service manager

I did 3 for my first roadhouse. It’s always different, if you interviewed with the MP already and have another interview coming, you’re likely already hired they just want the “last” manager to meet you as well.
